DESCRIPTION:On August 31\, 2024\, and September 7\, 2024\, the Heaven Foundation/Fondation CIEL proudly provided essential medicines\, health screenings\, and guidance to communities in Yaoundé. Our first event reached the Muslim community in Manguier\, where our team offered much-needed medical supplies\, conducted health checks\, and shared health advice with community members. The following week\, we continued these efforts at Gloria Clinic in Nsimeyon\, providing support to enhance access to primary healthcare resources. \nThese donations underscore our commitment to improving health access and empowering communities with resources and knowledge for better well-being.
