Welcome to www.heavenfoundationciel.com and any related pages, forms, resources, questionnaires, tools, donation pages, or services operated by or on behalf of Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL Inc. in the United States and Heaven Foundation CIEL in Canada, collectively referred to in these Terms as “Heaven Foundation CIEL,” “the Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL
Heaven Foundation CIEL operates through registered charitable entities and contribution channels in both the United States and Canada. In the United States, Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL Inc. is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) (EIN: 99-1424882), and contributions made through the U.S. contribution channel are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law. In Canada, Heaven Foundation CIEL is registered as a charity under the Income Tax Act (registration / business number 790827620 RR0001), and eligible gifts made through the Canada contribution channel may be receipted with an official Canadian donation receipt in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
Our mission is to promote a whole-person approach to health and well-being that honors both professional medical care and spiritual health. We provide spiritual health education, reflective tools, community support, research-related initiatives, and resources intended to encourage meaning, hope, resilience, spiritual reflection, coherence, and compassionate care.
2. Contribution Channels and Tax Receipts
The Site may provide donation options through a United States contribution channel, a Canada contribution channel, or other approved giving methods. Donors are responsible for selecting the appropriate contribution channel for their location and tax-receipting needs. Receipts are issued by the entity or contribution channel that receives the donation. A donation made through one country’s contribution channel may not be eligible for a tax receipt in the other country. We do not guarantee any particular tax treatment. Donors should retain their receipts and consult their own tax advisor.
3. Spiritual Health and Whole-Person Care
The Site may discuss spiritual health, Spiritual Cardiology, CAMERS, CAMERS2, the Spirit Index, the spiritual heart, coherence, whole-person well-being, prayer, reflection, meaning, resilience, healing, prevention-oriented living, and related educational or spiritual concepts. These materials are offered for spiritual, educational, reflective, research, and community-support purposes. They are not intended to replace professional medical care, mental health care, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, medication, therapy, emergency services, or advice from qualified professionals.
4. No Medical Advice
The content on this Site is not medical advice. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, mental health condition, or health emergency. Any references to healing, prevention, spiritual dimensions, spiritual alignment, spiritual practices, coherence, or whole-person care should be understood within our spiritual health framework. 5. No Professional Relationship

Submitting a form, completing a questionnaire, reading content, making a donation, or contacting us through the Site does not create a professional care relationship.
6. CAMERS, CAMERS2, Spirit Index, and Reflective Tools
The Site may provide access to reflective tools, including CAMERS, CAMERS2, the Spirit Index, spiritual health questionnaires, self-awareness forms, spiritual coherence profiles, or related resources. These tools are designed to support spiritual reflection and whole-person awareness. They are not medical tests, psychological assessments, psychiatric evaluations, clinical screening tools, or diagnostic instruments. They do not determine your medical condition, mental health status, spiritual worth, moral standing, or relationship with God. Any results, summaries, scores, feedback, or spiritual coherence profiles should be used for personal reflection only.
7. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, defame, or harm others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, databases, accounts, payment systems, donor systems, or related systems.

Use our materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, medical approval, official affiliation, charitable authorization, or tax approval without our written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site if we believe these Terms have been violated.
8. User Submissions
By submitting information through forms, questionnaires, contact pages, donation pages, or other features, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You should not submit information about another person unless you have permission or legal authority to do so. Information you submit may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any additional consent forms, notices, or program-specific terms provided at the time of submission.
9. Research and Educational Use
From time to time, Heaven Foundation CIEL may invite individuals to participate in research, surveys, questionnaires, pilot projects, educational programs, spiritual health initiatives, or community-support activities. Participation is voluntary and governed by the applicable consent language, privacy terms, ethics requirements, or study-specific materials. Unless clearly stated otherwise, completing a questionnaire or participating in an educational program does not mean you are receiving medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or professional healthcare services.
10. Donations and Tax-Deductible Contributions
Donations made through the Site are governed by our Donation & Refund Policy. By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, that the information you provide is accurate, that your donation is voluntary, that you understand which contribution channel you have selected, and that you understand donations are generally non-refundable except as described in our Donation & Refund Policy. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.
11. Payment Processing
Donations and other payments made through the Site may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Depending on the contribution channel selected, donations may be processed in U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, or another available currency. Any currency conversion or fee is determined by the donor’s financial institution, card issuer, or payment processor. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, policies, fees, or security practices of third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
12. Recurring Donations
If you choose to make a recurring donation, your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the schedule you choose. You may cancel a recurring donation by contacting us at connect@heavenfoundationciel.com. Cancellation will stop future charges after the request has been processed. Donations already processed before cancellation are generally non-refundable, except as described in the Donation & Refund Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, questionnaires, frameworks, educational materials, spiritual health resources, CAMERS-related materials, CAMERS2-related materials, Spirit Index-related materials, downloads, and written content, is owned by Heaven Foundation CIEL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove copyright notices, modify the materials, or use them in a misleading way.
14. Names, Logos, and Branding
The names Heaven Foundation CIEL, Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL, Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL Inc., CAMERS, CAMERS2, Spirit Index, Spiritual Cardiology, and related names, logos, marks, slogans, frameworks, or branding may not be used without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social media pages, video platforms, affiliated platforms, or service providers, including but not limited to harmonycare.care, Stripe, Facebook, and YouTube. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, payment systems, policies, security practices, or representations. Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own risk.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we may collect, use, store, share, and protect information submitted through the Site. Because some information related to spiritual health, health concerns, donations, personal reflection, CAMERS, CAMERS2, or the Spirit Index may be sensitive, please review the Privacy Policy carefully before submitting information.
17. Age and Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority in their location should use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should not make donations, complete questionnaires, submit sensitive information, or participate in programs without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

The Site may include articles, reflections, videos, prayers, questionnaires, spiritual practices, research updates, books, downloadable materials, educational resources, community information, and spiritual health tools. 19. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, medical, psychological, financial, relational, legal, tax, charitable, or life outcome from using the Site, completing a questionnaire, reading our materials, participating in spiritual practices, joining a program, making a donation, or using CAMERS, CAMERS2, or the Spirit Index. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven Foundation CIEL disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and suitability for any medical, psychological, spiritual, tax, legal, or charitable purpose. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heaven Foundation CIEL and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contributors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, your violation of another person’s rights, information or content you submit, your misuse of Site content or Foundation materials, or your donation, payment, receipt, tax, or contribution-channel choices, except where prohibited by law.
23. Changes to the Site
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any content, tool, feature, donation channel, program, or service offered through it.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
25. Governing Law
For general Site use and matters involving Heaven Foundation - Fondation CIEL Inc. or the United States contribution channel, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. For matters involving Heaven Foundation CIEL in Canada, the Canada contribution channel, Canadian charity receipting, or Canadian charitable obligations, applicable Canadian federal law and the laws of the relevant Canadian province may apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
